TreeWizard order fullfiment
1.) Pick up or standard local deli
very appointments shall be scheduled for, and completed within 30 days of purchase/order placement. Please allow up to 72 hrs.for product prep. Prior to delivery being scheduled..
Average time from order placement to delivery within 4 to 10 days. And and we try to meet our customers scheduling preferences and requirements with realistic expectations.
2.) Expedited Orders will be Prepped, readied for delivery scheduling within 24 to 48 hrs at an additional $60 prep cost per cord
3.) No Refunds or Returns on delivered products all Sales are final after 72 hrs.of placement.

Sale of Firewood in Pennsylvania
Title 70 of the Pennsylvania Code
Wood used for fuel shall be sold by the cord of 128 cubic feet (4 feet by 4 feet by 8 feet) or fraction thereof and shall be accompanied by a statement or invoice certifying the amount sold and presented to the buyer or his designee at the time of delivery or billing.
Section 2.11 of the Weights & Measures Act of 1965
Cord: When used in connection with wood intended for fuel purposes, the amount of wood that is contained in a space of 128 cubic feet (4 feet by 4 feet by 8 feet) when the wood is racked and well stowed.
Firewood may not be advertised or sold by the truck load, the pile, the piece or any other method other than by the cord or fraction thereof. There is no such thing as a face cord. An invoice must be given at the time of sale.
5.) Standard local delivery options and prices within the respective order/paylinks as follows;
for curbside stop drop and roll delivery with vehicle access is $60.00
for backyard/gate/handstack delivery is
$90.00
Due to Safety and weight limitations, each delivery is limited to 2 full cords max.
Multiple orders are welcome.
When ordering multiple cords or combinations full and partial cord , order only 1 delivery fee option per 2 total cords. Order the balance as in-store pickup to avoid over charging yourself.
Customer must designate a drop or stack area with a visible marker or discription if not to be present for delivery.
6.) Refunds of delivery fee(s)requests for will be honored if made preferably the day prior but no less than 6 hours before scheduled delivery and an in-store pickup appointment is then scheduled instead.
7.) in the interest of safety and product quality , delivery appointments may be rescheduled 1 or more times as necessary by either party due to weather or unforseen event causing schedule conflict adequate notice should be given asap as a courtesy to each other.
